We specialize in parts and warranty issues for your Asahi or Mighty Sun Swimming Pool. If you have a defective or broken part on your pool, we suggest you visit our Warranty page first. All Warranty claims require a legible copy or photograph of your original receipt as well as photos of the pool and problem. Those can be submitted via email.
It is advised that customers inspect their pool walls often for rusting. If you have rust developing on your pool wall, it may have started to rust on the inside of the pool first and worked it's way through. This is a very dangerous situation and should be addressed the following way...
- Drain your pool about half way down. This will alleviate most of the water pressure against the pool wall and will likely prevent a wall burst temporarily.
- Decide if you would like to repair or replace your pool. If you wish to replace your pool wall alone, please contact us.
- Once you are ready to dismantle the pool you can drain the rest of the water and promptly start to take the pool apart.
- Make sure you save the rest of your pool parts since they can be reused.
