AsahiParts.com was created in 2006 when we took over the management of Warranty Operations for Asahi Chemical Co. of Japan. Asahi remains a Japanese company that specializes in full container purchases by retailers and distributors. AsahiParts.com manages a small inventory of parts in Buffalo, NY so that customers can place orders with an American Company.

AsahiParts.com now utilizes a state-of-the-art online order processing system which controls shipping, inventory and customer information. These features allow customers to access information immediately. Your tracking information is available online when you look up your account and view your order history. The system shows customers how many items are available for purchase and does not allow customers to order items on backorder. This is set up in this manner because of the frequency of replenishment orders that we receive from Asahi - Japan. We typically restock inventory 2 times a year. Once in the Spring and once in June or July.
